De Lesseps cut back on drinking after an unfortunate incident while she was intoxicated. "I was drinking quite a bit, so I lost weight, and my skin got better. Everyone's been saying, 'You look so much better.' So that feels really good, too," she said.
The reality star does light workouts like walking. Regular brisk walking can help maintain a healthy weight and lose body fat; prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, stroke and high blood pressure, cancer and Type 2 diabetes; improve cardiovascular fitness; strengthen bones and muscles; improve muscle endurance; increase energy levels; and more, according to the Mayo Clinic.
De Lesseps posts on social media about her running. She prefers a treadmill and will warm up with running before working out. "Money can't buy you abs. Working out and staying healthy!" she said in one post.
